We aim to be the most trusted IT company in Myanmar through contributing to improvement of IT related businesses and developing necessary human resources.

We established OAS Myanmar Co.,Ltd (Current : GiG Works x IT Myanmar Co.,Ltd) in October 2013, because we are attracted to the great potentials for development of economy, culture and human resources in this country. Formerly Japanese IT companies have operated their offshore software development business mainly with China, but nowadays, under the proceeding of democratization in Myanmar, they are trying to expand the business into this country. For further development of IT industry in Myanmar, it is important to develop highly skilled engineers as well as critical infrastructures like supplying electricity.

To develop IT human resources in Myanmar, we have signed a MOU with a national university (UIT) and been engaged in education for local students. For example, by conducting endowed course, we provide practical technology for students who have less opportunity for experiencing actual system development projects.

Moreover, we offer Japanese language class to the students and it could expand their possibilities for playing an active roles in IT industry between Myanmar and Japan in the future.

Improving our technology and reliability through these activities, we are trying to make our company not only an offshore development site of Japan, but also an independent business site to contribute to the IT industry in Myanmar.
